-If I am uncomfortable, or do not feel I have the ability to complete your request, I have the right to decline your commission.
-Please properly credit me when using my work and do not claim my work as your own work.
-If you want artwork used in your commission, please make sure you have been given the rights for that.
-PSDs given out for any commission are for PERSONAL use and are not to be redistributed and/or repurposed.
-You will have unlimited revisions. I want you to be completely satisfied with your work. However if I feel you are taking advantage of them I will decline further revisions.
-No more revisions will be granted once the final product has been submitted. Only if there is an issue with the product.
- There will be no refunds after I start on your commission. (unless I can not complete it)
- If I do not meet a deadline where you paid a rush fee, you may be compensated with a full or partial refund of the fee amount depending on progress and how close your commission is to completion.
-I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any point.
